International Business Brokers Association (IBBA)
is the largest international non-profit association
operating exclusively for the benefit of people and
firms engaged in the various aspects of a business brokerage
and mergers and acquisitions. It sets the ethical, educational
and professional certification requirements for the
prestigious Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation.
The M&A Source, a division of the IBBA, is the world's
largest international organization of experienced, dedicated
merger and acquisition intermediaries representing the
middle market.
The
Institute of Business Appraisers is the oldest
professional society devoted solely to the appraisal
