| Southwest
Florida is the location of our 3 branch offices: Naples,
Ft. Myers and Port Charlotte.

Southwest
Florida is a wonderful location, bringing people together
from everywhere to live, work and relax in a sun-drenched
atmosphere. People here enjoy living in a tree-lined mix of
residential and commercial streets hugging the Gulf of Mexico.
Southwest
Florida Our area is known for
its "Mediterranean" climate, one of long, sultry
summers and dry cool winters. The average temperature is in
the low 70s during peak season (Thanksgiving through Easter)
and even during the summer months, the temperature rarely
goes much above 90 degrees.
Southwest
Florida Shoppers here are a discerning group of residents
and visitors from across the state and around the world. Naples
in particular, is known as the place to find superb jewelry,
elegant resort wear, antiques, special gifts, and home furnishings,
often made by local artisans. And, no matter what's on the
menu, our area offers more options for dining, from a light
bite at a sidewalk bistro or a hearty breakfast, to a gourmet
dinner.
Southwest
Florida For most of the past 20 years, Southwest
Florida has been near the top of the list of the fastest-growing
metropolitan areas of the country. The median age is 44.1
-- more than two years younger than a year ago, which reflects
ongoing migration of working-age men and women to the area.
As the population has grown, so has the economic vitality
of the area. Collier County's population grew 65 percent during
the 1990s. During the last three years of that decade alone,
retail sales were up 30 percent, to $4.3 billion. The workforce
increased by 37 percent in the '90s. Our area is projected
to be among the highest for projected employment growth for
1997-2002. Despite these big numbers, Southwest Florida maintains
an entrepreneurial spirit, which makes it ideal for having
your own business here.
Southwest
Florida New elementary and high
schools are being built to accommodate the influx of families
moving to the area. Our area also boasts several excellent
opportunities for advanced education: Florida Gulf Coast University,
Edison Community College and International College and the
Lorenzo Walker Institute of Technology.
Southwest
Florida featuring celebrated physicians and state-of-the-art

Healthcare System is the hub of the region's outstanding healthcare
facilities. NCH, with more than 500 physicians serving 2 hospitals
and 26 satellite facilities, is known throughout the southeast
for its comprehensive, integrated range of services. Additionally,
Cleveland Clinic provides routine care while specializing
in the diagnosis and treatment of complex medical conditions
